Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized press-on nail sets made to your specifications
- Items that have been used or opened
- Live stream pre-order items once the order is confirmed
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at xmj161026@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, no reason required. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Live Stream Pre-Payment Policy The $20 partial pre-payment is applied toward your press-on nail order total. All items are confirmed via TikTok DM photos. Full balance must be paid before shipment. Pre-payments are non-refundable once the live stream order is confirmed.
