Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $40
- Standard Shipping (orders under $40): $6.99 — estimated 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 — estimated 2–3 business days
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at xmj161026@gmail.com. We are happy to assist in locating your shipment.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
